Well-kept room, pet-friendly complete with 1 king bed, Mountain View, a robe, liked it. Hotel's location was comfy, in the East Bay.

Convenient location right by a train station 🚆 means getting around is a breeze.

The location was perfect for me as it was just across from a mall, making it very convenient for shopping. The hotel itself was comfortable and had a modern and inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The room was immaculate and had all the amenities I needed. it was a great value for the money.

Meal (breakfast) omelette was great, hash browns were very different, flat, not the usual fluffy crusty hash browns we are accustomed to.

Appreciated the room with w beds, my bed was comfortable. The convenient location was next to Click Art Museum.

Pet-friendly and newly renovated rooms with double beds, felt like home. The breakfast had good choice of great food and drinks. The hotel was near to a very nice Mall across the street, Sheraton Pleasanton and Cafeteria thanks to its particularly good location. The staff was extremely friendly and outstandingly accommodating providing assistance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms are newly renovated and have modern and updated amenities. The beds were super comfortable, with plushy pillows. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a stone's throw away from the mall and easy to drive anywhere in the area. We found lots of good restaurants nearby and enjoyed exploring the city for our job. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We also had the convenience of free parking and easy access to transportation, including being near a BART station.

Extremely rude staff!

The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to assist with any issues we had. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to parking and nearby amenities. We also enjoyed the modern and clean rooms, as well as the comfortable beds. the experience was peaceful and enjoyable.

There were some drawbacks during our stay. The facilities seemed a bit outdated and in need of maintenance, with dysfunctional items in the room such as the coffee maker and non-operable entry light.
